First Presbyterian Day School

Our family's experience at FPDS has been wonderful and a blessing. I am impressed by the academic instruction and love hearing my daughter talk about new concepts she is learning. Her teachers make the curriculum interesting and fun. The spiritual teaching that she has received encourages me as her parent. I can tell that the gospel is interwoven into daily conversations in the classroom by the way that she brings up Bible stories or themes at home or in the car when we are in the middle of daily life. Our family is thankful for all the ways FPDS positively influences our lives!

I cannot express how wonderful this school is! The Christian environment, the teachers, the academics... are all amazing! Wouldn't send my kids anywhere else!

This precious school has not only taught my children academically but also the importance of Christlikeness in the hears of my children. The teachers are so wonderful. We are so blessed to have FPDS.

I can not say enough things about FPDS. From the minute I walked in and was greeted by the office staff to now, my children have received the best care, attention and education that anyone could provide. My son has severe dyslexia and a language disorder. We speak openly about his challenges. This school has changed his life for the better. The teachers and administrators have gone out of their way to ensure he gets everything he needs. He is excelling in school - and this is something I know wouldnt have happened in other places. Since the covid pandemic, my daughter has had challenges with anxiety. My husband and I work at UMMC and are around covid all the time. My sweet child feared for our safety. With the help Of her teachers, counselors and friends- weve been able to tackle this anxiety. These teachers love their students all of them, not just the ones in their class. I could type for daystheres just too many things that I love and cherish about FPDS. I will be forever grateful for this school, the teachers and the administration.
