Court Watch Inc

Court Watch is a privately owned company that gets referrals from several central Mississippi courts. I’m not sure of the relationship between this private company and city municipal courts. My son was referred to a Court Watch representative as his “Parole Officer.”. The charges against him were non adjudicated an expunged, however the “legal advice” he was given has incorrect. Because of the legal advice he received from Court Watch has lost his job and can’t get a driver’s license in the state where he resides in now. As I understand now, Court Watch should never give legal advice. They are not attorneys. We have asked for assistance from them, however, they have not provided it. Please respond if you have any suggestions on how we can proceed with legal action against this private company.
