My person was taken by ambulance at NOON, it is currently 10pm and he's STILL in the ER and I have called many many times since 2pm and not a single person has answered his nurse phone. I left a message with the charge nurse earlier today and she said his nurse would call me back, nothing. Haven't heard from anyone. This is truly a disgrace!!!
