Kool Smiles Dentist

They were terrible in the end. Come find out, I had a cavity against my front tooth so why didn't they see it on the xray, it wasn't until I had aligners when it decided to show its face. Do not recommend kool smiles.

Jennifer is the best dentist assistance ever! She helped me by staying with my son while I assisted with my daughter to keep me from jumping room to room. Both were getting caps put on! She made me feel he was safe with her. So positive! The front receptionist with the eyelashes always have a smile and welcomes you every time! ! The doctor with the blonde ponytail is so great at what she does and gentle! I love it when she says, “let me put your paw patrol teeth on”! So funny every time! Also the dentist assistance with the blonde and black curls is awesome too. I didn’t get her name but she assisted the doctor! They talked my 4 year old threw the whole process and kept him contented despite him screaming! They never stopped soothing him! I must say, what I thought was going to be a long day with 2 children getting caps, actually wasn’t! It only took 1 hour and I was out of there! I’m happy to say, I’m awaiting my next appointment in May! I am a huge critic and I love to leave reviews. They left me with nothing but smiles! 5 STAR SERVICE! I would give 10 if I could! Sunnybrook, you’ve done it again!
