Need better communication between the staff members. They really need to come up with a better process to better serve their customers. They need more knowledgeable mechanics as well. I was told I need tire rod ends. Took my vehicle to the dealership...which was a waste of time. BTW, my vehicle is certified and I stay up-to-date of all maintenance. The dealership would've known if tire rod ends were needed. They don't have a state-of-the-art balancing system and that is needed if you are going to be selling rims. Very disappointed. I support my black owned companies, but this one needs to get it together.
