        Got here for a 7a appointment today. Backed into dock and the unloaded disappeared. Like, no one is here and it’s 3 hours later and counting.

        Worth place to deliver paper rolls. They unloading 1 truck 2.5 hours . I have 4 trucks in front of me, wasting my day over here

        Has to have some of the worst business practices I've ever seen. When I bumped the dock at noon, the forklifts went on break and I didn't get unloaded until shift change at 16:00. Then, when I claim almost 3 hrs detention, they refuse to pay it because I didn't accept their tracking device. Take up the slack of your lazy forklift drivers by not paying the drivers. Good job. Next time, get the forklift drivers to haul your loads. I never have this problem with GP or PCA!
