My real-estate agent referred me to this company for a well-inspection on a property we were buying. The company owner, Brent, told her he could be available on a certain date. I was told to reach out to him asap via text message. He didn't respond to my initial text or check-in text the next day, but did have the nerve to respond with a very snarky message when I sent a message to disregard any services. I was only doing so to eliminate any confusion of us needing service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I prefer using small-town family-owned businesses, but will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
