Have a had my house insurance with them for years. And my family before them. Here in the past year. My payments always messed up on day I get a letter saying my insurance is lapsed and the next day I get a letter saying it has been reinstated and you know no big deal as long as my house insurance is covered Im fine. But yesterday I call to get a quote on car insurance for my three vehicles and no answer went to vm. Go to another location in Southaven nxt to air ways. Real sweet lady connects me with ms Cindy at the holly springs location which was a total mistake!! Ms Cindy was completely rude. And had an attitude the whole tome I was trying to give her my information to the point I had to get off the phone with her!! Very rude lady called and talked to my mom and my gf about it when I got off the phone with her. And they all said the same. That Cindy is always rude and not helpful to them either. That I should of asked for Colton cause hes always help full and nice. So if you call asked for Colton not Cindy cause she will have you ready to choke her through the phone !!!
