Ive been going to club4 since November 2022. For the last year i have had a good experience. However recently the staff are outright disrespectful. On top of this they have a closed toes shoe only policy which makes no sense. Logically how is a closed toe shoe going to stop a weight from crushing your foot??? Anyway after being told to leave because of this footwear issue I canceled my membership because almost 30$ a month is not worth the environment this gym has become.

The closed toe shoe policy is for everyone's safety as slides are more of a tripping hazard than anything else. Closed toe shoes are more secure on your feet than slides are while working out. The staff is responsible for making sure that everyone is following policies to ensure everyone's safety. We can assure you that no one was intentionally disrespectful, but instead were just making sure policies are enforced. Again, we apologize for any negative experience you have recently had.

STAY AWAY: It appears that some companies lack consideration for their customers' circumstances. Initially, I joined a gym when my work schedule permitted and it aligned with my family commitments. However, after a change in employment and financial constraints, I found it challenging to maintain the membership but was unable to cancel it. In situations where businesses fail to empathize with their patrons, questions arise about their necessity. Particularly during difficult times when individuals experience job loss, relocation, or financial strain, the ability to terminate memberships becomes essential. My experience with this establishment, where I paid over $2000 without utilizing any of their services, underscores their apparent disregard for customer care. Therefore, I caution others to avoid such places where customer concerns are not prioritized.
