I have been banking with this bank for over 15 years! Today I went to deposit a check that my husband gave me/sign over to me and they would not take it- how ever i have deposited his checks before with NO issues! The girl at the drive through said he doesn't bank with us- i said not but i did and you took it las month- she said i won't be taking it today - i will be looking for a new bank to do business with as soon as possible!! I will not be recommending this bank any longer!
It seems like they want to force him to open and account there or for me to add him to my account Wich we won't do either or! They just lost a costumer!!

I am very irritated that they have changed their hours to close now at 4pm during the week and 5pm on Friday. It was hard enough for a working person to get to the bank when they needed to when it closed at 4:30 during the week and was great that they were open until 6pm on Friday. Just shows how they couldn't care less about who the customer is or what their needs are.

Non banking related, but they still dropped the ball. A local event was taking place in Hernando and advertised getting tickets from Derek at this Cadence location. My daughter was about to drive from Olive Branch to get tickets but I offered since I live closer. Derek wasnt there, passed them off to someone else who also wasnt there because she was at lunch. Left a message to give me a call when the lady got back from lunch. No one ever called so I called the bank to see if she was back. Was told she was, but the tickets were gone!! Nice way to business! Wont ever bank here just for that reason!
