Just a casual observation, but since Trump's big campaign contributor, Louis Dejoy took a wrecking ball to the postal service the competing package delivery services such as Fedex and UPS have gone way up in cost and service quality has gone down some.

This has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I have a training on Monday, supplies were sent and expected to be delivered on Thursday to my business. But due to Easter holiday, the business was closed and the delivery guy never even attempted to deliver the package. Contacted Ups and their representatives are just as clueless as the ones at this location! Veronica confirmed that the package was never even in the truck instead locked in a storage with the other packages for schools that the driver knew would me be closed. Keep in mind I paid for both packages to be held for pickup cannot receive a refund nor will I have my packages bc the store is not opened until Wednesday after she informed that they are opened on Monday! I would not advise anyone to go to the location. I am highly disappointed at Ups period! I would like a corporate person to contact me regarding this issue
