I'm giving this business 2 stars because it is affordable and conveniently located; otherwise, it would be 1 star. When my daughter moved her furniture into the unit (May 2020), she told mgmt that there was a ceiling tile hanging inside the unit. Mgmt supposedly fixed the roof not to leak but did not replace the ceiling tile (3 mos later we were told it was because the unit was already full but my daughter and her roommate did not fill the unit for 2 days after telling mgmt about the ceiling tile). Anyway, Aug 2020, we're back to remove belongings and discover that a recliner that had been directly under the hanging ceiling tile has mildew on it. I complained to mgmt - I didn't want a new one or payment for it; I just wanted it cleaned. I'm told they're not responsible for any damage because it is not a temperature-controlled unit and humidity could've caused the mildew. But nothing else in the unit was damaged, including a couch, bedding, pillows, blankets, etc. Just the chair that was directly under the hanging ceiling tile. PLUS, there were rat droppings in the couch AND water damage on the back of a mirror! The lady in the office did not even act like she understood what I was saying made sense. She said that she would contact the owner and have someone call me but a week later, I never even got the courtesy of a phone call. Luckily, the spots on the recliner were easily removed with mildew cleaner and a little elbow grease. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Response: I gave the lady at the front desk my phone number. Now whether not she relayed it to you is a different story. The mirror was brand new-purchased in Jan 2020 and had no damage before being stored in your facility. The lady at the front desk acknowledged knowing about the rats when I mentioned the droppings in the couch and said that pest control had been out to take care of the "rat problem" in the facility. Sounds like you and your staff are not on the same page.

I have moved out from my unit 5 months ago. These people put my electronic signature on a different contract and charge my credit card 3 times for a total of $540. Every time I call, they keep saying something is wrong with the system and they are fixing it. However, they never actually refund the money. I am reporting this place to the government for fraudulence. They are scammers, please stay away at all cost!
