I ordered 6 school shirts for my children on July 10, 2021 and never received them. I went into the store 3 weeks ago and asked for a refund and was told I would in 2-3 days but I never received it. I have been by there twice since then and no one was there. The phone number on the website does not work. They never responded to my last 2 Facebook messages and they deleted posts on Facebook with me asking for a response.

Made an order on July 8th for my child school shirts and we was told they would be ready by week of the 22nd or within that week . We have called the number posted on fb and haven’t gotten an answer and then my mom finally got a message thru to them and they told her the first part of the week !! Still no response and no shirts

We were scrambling to get our kids’ T-shirts for school because we moved from out of town right before school started, and the wonderful staff at Hub City Screen Printing went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Amazing customer service! Definitely our first choice for school spirit shirts and other printing needs!

WARNING!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order for 5 shirts on July 19th. Yes, that says JULY!! I have tried to reach out to the owner SEVERAL times. The phone number is disconnected and the only way to communicate with them is Facebook messenger. I have even gone by the business several times and the place looks abandoned. When he does reply, he keeps giving me excuses like, he had a family emergency, or the products are on their way, it’ll be 2 wks, blah, blah, blah. NOW when I try to message them, I’ve been blocked. So, basically I’m out $45 and have nothing but gray hair and anger to show for it. So, I guess, shame on me for trying to support small local businesses. I have other friends who also ordered and did not get their product.
