We bought our house in 2020 and was told the roof was brand new. When we got the first rain of 2020 in our house which was around April we noticed a leak under our carport. I immediately called the company and spoke with the owner due to me having a 1 year warranty. He told me he would have someone come out. No one showed up. A few days later I called again no one showed up. The third time me calling finally someone showed up and they lived RIGHT BEHIND ME! Two men climbed on my roof, while an older guy tried to climb my fence, after I had already asked if I needed to open my gate. We thought the leak was fixed, well guess what ITS NOT! Now after constantly calling no answer, and now the wood has to be replaced to them not fixing the problem! I will not recommend this company to no one! Im looking at thousands of dollars to fix this, and I dont even know if there is a leak in my attic!
