What is it with this location? Every online order I place, Im almost guaranteed to get only half of my purchase! This happens every single time and Im sick of it!

I was in Turtle Creek Mall in Hattiesburg, MS. It was 8:03, the entrance was open and customers were shopping. The employee, Taylor, refused my business. I explained that I knew exactly what I wanted, (Japanese Cherry Blossom lotion), but she refused my business. As a business owner, I would have never refused a customer, especially one that knew exactly what they wanted and would have been in and out quickly, especially considering the decline of business at this particular mall.

I don't get to come here often but when I do the employees have been kind helpful and their positivity is amazing. 10/10 for me
