I have been with the First for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience until recently. I called about a debit card and got hung up on. Then went in today to get a new card, they told us to wait.. 15 min later we asked if someone was gonna help us cause we have to get to work too. Thats when someone finally did but wasnt very friendly and the cashier and another women from an office, proceeded to talk about us. Disappointed to say the least. Very unprofessional. Choose another branch.

I have been with The First for more than 7 years now, and it has been a great experience. I use this branch specifically because the staff is so exceptional. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. They remember your name, and treat you like more than just a customer. And the branch manager has gone out of her way to help myself and others on multiple occasions. If you choose to do your banking here, you can trust that you made the right choice!

BANK HOURS ARE POSTED AS OPEN ON SATURDAYS- OPEN TODAY, SATURDAY...BUT THEY ARENT. I NEED A LOCATION THAT IS OPEN ON SATURDAYS. IF YOU ARENT OPEN, CHANGE THE INFORMATION THAT INDICATES THAT YOU ARE OPEN!!

This a great bank, I always get the help I need when I enter the door there and get greated with a smile love this will never bank any else as long as I live I recommend this bank to anyone!!!
