Oh, my gosh!! What a mess this place is!! They really, really, really need to be sent back to school on customer service skills. And, they need a new IT department. Their online banking system is a mess and when you try to get help with it, it is either useless or you're ignored. I was opening a checking account and it was a terrible mess. . . I changed my mind and put my money somewhere else. Not as convenient to me, but much better internet access and much, much better customer service. Their online respondent in Magee, MS, should be replaced. . .

You know most banks would instantly deny transactions if you dont have the money on the account especially with no overdraft protection but they didnt for some odd reason and then 2 or 3 days later they returned the money plus return fees and are now suing me for it for around 1530 dollars. The transactions were all taken out of my account automatically but still if you know there not not money why would you do that. Update: lawsuit was settled and now Im paying 200 a month for the next 6-7months
