Excellent Customer Service. I can only name a few companies that has impecable customer service and this is definitely the top one. Taj went over and beyond to assist us with a medical recliner for my mother. She was thorough, patient and thoughtful to my mothers needs. I cannot express my gratitude for the quick delivery and install after my mother had an accident that broke her wrist. Forcing us to make a last minute delivery change. Our delivery person was professional & efficient. He took great care that everything was set-up specifically to what my mother wanted. Once again my husband and I want to express our sincerest gratitude for your outstanding customer service.

I called to ask about a wedge pillow to elevate my legs post surgery and I spoke with Madison. She was very kind, compassionate and helpful and this seems to be the only place that has them!

Good customer service is hard to find these days. This is an exceptional group of folks. I had an issue with shoes, and Maddie and her lovely co-horts went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I am fantastically happy with the product, but most important is how friendly and helpful these guys are.
