So far Sondra has answered all my questions helped me get my best rates and has always been on q with me about all my policies and I'm very pleased with all her help. She's a wonderful person to work with. We could not have chosen a better allstate agent to work with us and help guide us through our first experience at being first time home owners and getting our coverage we need on our home. We also have bundled with all 3 of our vehicles and adding them to the plan was so extremely easy and fast. When we bought our third vehicle she worked with me right away to get it covered and got me my insurance cards and paper worked emailed right over to me very fast. Sondra has helped me find ways to lower my home owners insurance rates by adding my home security system and allowing me to know about things that can be done around my home to lower the coast for us that we will be taking advantage of for sure. It's always wonderful working with Sondra she's got the up most greatest respect for her clients and makes sure we are well taken care of. Any and all my questions get answered and if she don't know she will find out and gets back with me fast. Her staff that works in the office is awesome as well!

Out of 12 years of driving and 24 years of combined driving between me and my husband this has been out absolute best experience with an insurance agency. Sondra Gayle was always available to assist us with any and all questions or concerns, we regularly were updated with her and given ways to reduce our bill as well as very fast quotes for new possible vehicles. We unfortunately moved out of Mississippi so we had to switch insurance/agents but I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a good price and people who actually care about getting the lowest rate and best insurance for your buck. Thanks again to everyone at the Sondra Gayle Allstate office for all your help and excellent customer service.
