        I had 2 physical therapist coming out every week..Mark was one and Ashley was the other. Both were so nice. I enjoyed them coming out, it was more like a friend coming out. If I need them again,I will be calling them and no one else.

        This is the company which does business as Kare-In-Home Home Health. Which means that KIH Home Health has no connection to KIH Private Nursing, even though they claim to be the same group. So this means that the Left Hand doesn't know what the Right Hand is doing. Apparently KIH is simply an umbrella name franchised out to anyone and everyone. But you aren't contracting with KIH, but with whatever sub-company is borrowing the name at the time. If you need Home Health and Private Nursing, be prepared to jump through two sets of hoops.

        The physical therapist put a gate belt on my 93 year old mother to help assist her from the wheelchair to her walker which is right in front of the wheelchair. Sometime after her therapy my Mom started complaining about chest, back, and side pains right where the Therapist put the Gate Belt. After many hours of excruciating pain, and pain medication Mom cried herself to sleep. I went online and found the proper procedure for harnessing someone with the Gate Belt should be around there waist "NOT THERE CHEST, SIDES, and BACK".
