Find someone else- no one is interested in helping- They are glad to charge the $125 fee just to come take a look and then give you bad or inaccurate advice on how you can fix it yourself " to help save you money" so that they can move on to the next call and record the quick and easy $125 fee they charge just to come out. No good.

Called for service over two weeks ago and they said they would call to schedule a time. I never got the call and when I called today to let the person know, she sounded like they had better things to do than to lose a sale for some work. 1/5 stars and would not recommend to anyone. I'll be using a better company than this one.

Terrible service! Waiting since January on this company to fix my fireplace. Each time I was told they had a lot of people in line and they would contact me. I was told to contact RWJ vent dryer to schedule an appointment. I have contacted top hat and rwj numerous times. Big time hassle!

I’m a contractor in Gulfport. I Asked them to come out and measure, make and install chimney cap. They weren’t even interested in earning my business. They wanted me to climb up and measure myself. Horrible customer service.
