The services rendered at Life Help for my brother has been an anguish, disappointing experience. The nurse practiction Carolyn Johnson is unprofessional, non caring, disrespectful toward family members who are caring, and the disgraceful list goes on. She prescribes medication without visits from my brother. We decide to cancel our contract with Life Health, yet she billed his health insurance and prescribed him medication, again without a doctor's follow up. She was not concern about his development, recovery or growth. In the process of trying to obtain medication, the pharmacy refused to give us His medication due to the fact she refilled the prescription without permission and his current doctor refilled the prescription as well. The pharmacy hands were tied due to her deceitful act of unprofessional conduct. The medication NEVET should have been refilled by her. The stress my 80 year old father endured, going back and forth, yet issued remained unresolved until I talked to my brothers new provider, who stepped in and rectified the confusion with the pharmacy. Im yet waiting for them to call me stating they canceled the service, contacted the insurance company and explained the false charges and contacting the pharmacy to remove Carolyn Johnson from the list re providing refills on medication, being that she is NO longer his nurse.
