Our A/C unit at the house has been giving problem after problem and Bethany has been cutting this older gentleman’s hair for awhile now. So we decided to call him out here to check out our A/C system I’m not going to lie I was a bit skeptical of the idea at first.
He didn’t have the nicest company truck nor the best looking uniform, but he had over 29 years of A/C experience and had worked a company all of those 29 years before they bought out. This older man came our home and diagnosed the issues pretty quickly as I sat there watching him I said “I hope I’m not bothering you by watching sir” he said “you can watch all you want I have nothing to hide”
We don’t have the nicest unit or the newest unit out there, but this man took great care in completely disassembling the unit and cleaning it and explaining and showing what the issues and what the problem was and most importantly showed me why it failed. We sat there and talked to each other about family each of our family and where do you go church at and so forth and I can’t honestly say I was surprised to see his knowledge and just honestly and transparency in the process. That was so rare. After the repair was he came inside inspected the thermostat made sure the setting were correct and he sat down and talked to us and made SURE the A/C was working as intended. His character and professional spoke volumes to me.
I heard this countless times again and again “ don’t ever judge a book by its cover” The years of experience and customer service and doing the RIGHT thing in his profession is what earned my business tonight and what we all look for including my career field is TRUST.
