Made appt for 2:30 on a Friday they were a no show after I took off work early. They called at 5 to reschedule for Monday at 5. Once again a no show. They called at 5:45 wanting to come. No respect for my time. All it takes is a phone call to say you can't make it or you're running a little late.

They are the best in the business. They do wonderful work and stand behind there work. they are very talented in what they do like stripping and refinishing old concrete and brick floors and other clay products. They do wonderful work when it comes to hardwood flooring of all types.

Beware of this 'so-called' contractor!!!  Poor, poor business skills/practices for a family that supposedly has 45 yrs of 'experience'.  They either miss appointments or late (1 hr to 4 hrs late).  No calls letting customer know that they are running late or cannot make an appointment and if they do call, it's to say that they are going to be even later to their scheduled appointment.  NO consideration for customer's time!!!  Operate on their own time and speed.  They really need to check out 'You Tube' videos to know exactly how to do stained concrete flooring and/or how long it really takes from start to finish especially for an existing concrete floor.
