Dear Sir/Madam, Good day. My company have been dealing with you since 2011, and I'm manager of the 1 of the biggest Auto service company in UAE. I would like to complain about that we have ordered recently 30 alignment and balancing machines from your company. All the machines has broke down and a single service or support has not been taken care from your end! Such a careless and negligence service we never seen. Everytime there is problem with your supplies in Dubai. After all this years of being your good customer such service is not acceptable! Sales Manager from Dubai branch is being so rude on the phone,never given a consultancy or simple advise and never give us labor training. We are paying always by cash on the spot without any delay even in this crisis! Kindly look an this issue and your immediate action is required. I'm expecting a call from any management position to explain full expireince with the Dubai branch. If the service will not change, then we have to for another supplier.

Bought a TC39 tire machine. Worst machine ever. I have been a loyal hunter fan for 30 years. Have a balancer, alignment machine and an older tire machine. Bought the TC39. I do mostly off road 35" tires with aftermarket wheels. We have been trained on it 3 times. After 9-12 tires the head breaks. They keep blaming us and showing us different ways, nothing works. The hunter team is no help. Only answer is we will trade you for the bottom of the line machine so they can resell and make money. I have complained since day one, nothing. This machine is complicated, cumbersome and hard to use. The techs hate it. Labor time and costs are way up. RUN AWAY from this machine and it's weak head. They want over 4K to convert to the old duckbill style. Am using the 12 year old one I have. It's not like this machine was cheap either. The service guy is good, not his fault. It will do standard rims and small tires ok but the head even with those lasts 1/3 of the time it should. I do not recommend this machine to any dealership. Update. They did come out and exchange that machine for one better suited to us. TC37 is working better and has different head. Will update review after transaction is complete. Very happy corporate stood behind their machine when local division would not. They really did take care of us and worked things out. Corporate went above and beyond. Still will be a Loyal Hunter customer for another 20 years.
