I called to get home quote the girl who answered said an agent would call me back, it's been 3 days and still no call back. Guess they don't need the commission

Horrible experience. Jumped my premium from $2900 to $5200 without calling me. Made my mortgage monthly payments jumped by $700. All this because they sent an adjuster out and gave me an extra 1800 sqft!!!! Thats a big mistakes that is out of my hands. They informed me any policy you sign that it can go up or down without the need to tell you ( this sounds shady). Now, Im paying for premium that is unnecessary. Been working to get my refunds for about a month and was able to get this year back only. Telling me last year basically cant be refunded. Ruth, a staff there stated multiple times she would call me back for updates etc. Its 4/10 times they would call you back. More often than not, you have to reach out to them to get answers.
