Always and Forever Flowers & Gifts

We ordered from Always and Forever, for the first time, for a special dinner in a local restaurant. The flowers were delivered as requested and were absolutely beautiful.

Very disappointed in recent service. I have used them many many times over the years so when I called to let them know the premium version of the boutique I ordered had less flowers in it then the standard picture and description and I wanted to send them a picture to make sure the knew what was shipping out, all very polite conversation. The entire time a very rude lady was talking in the background saying oh they were full value, oh everyone said they were pretty, etc. when I asked if I could send them a picture she said “oh my god, he want me to just go pick them up” at which time my politeness was extended no farther! I let them know how unprofessional they had been, how I would ensure I let everyone know how they responded, and they would no longer receive business from me or my family!

We have used Always and Forever for years! I live out of state, and know that I can trust them to deliver beautiful flowers to my friends and family back home.Today they delivered another beautiful bouquet! We will continue to be loyal customers because they have great service and are so dependable.

Went in today and was greeted by Laurie quickly. She made me two arrangements that were absolutely perfect! Super kind and helpful. Kept a good conversation going, too. Highly recommended.
