I work for another loan company, and I called to verify the type of checks they cashed because we dont cash checks and also to send them some customers!! Very rude and unprofessional phone etiquette, will not be sending anymore of our customers their way!!

Went to this place yesterday. The woman who cashed our check called me an hour after we left accusing my black wife of stealing $100 from the establishment. Didnt accuse me, a white female. She found the missing $100, apparently she miscounted. Called to speak to manager today and was told I would be called back but never received a call.

Debbie is a great manager. She is a CAPTAIN that will make things HAPPEN for you. She and the staff go above and beyond expectations. I have requested many types of services there for several years without any problems and will continue in the future.
