        I just left this establishment. I was craving a chicken salad sandwich. I placed my order sat right down and was ready to devour my meal. And to my surprise, they brought my sandwich out in brunt bread. I politely asked the young lady if she could take it back and replace the bread because it was brunt. She came back to me and said, thats the way, the toaster cooks the bread, and I said no, that's not the way a toaster cooks bread then I asked her whether this look and smell burnt to her and once again to my surprise she said Nope. At that point, I was done. Then, another young girl asks if I would rather not have it toasted. And now I can't believe what I'm hearing because your toaster is burning bread. You want me to change my order, but your store is next to a Target that sells perfectly good toasters that won't burn bread. Refund my money, and I will eat somewhere that appreciates my money and business. No one cares about customer service anymore. Either you buy what we give you, or you don't eat here. SMH.
