I was in a tight spot with a broken irrigation valve and a lot of new plants in my yard. Gator irrigation did a phenomenal job getting a crew out here quick to help me not lose all these new plants. Really appreciate the customer service and professionalism.

Gator was fantastic from start to finish. We reached out to 2 other companies and got flaky replies that didn't inspire confidence. With Gator, Patrick came out the next morning to talk through a plan and put together an estimate, and Tracy at the office was very communicative every step of the way. We had to reschedule them last minute because landscaping was running behind, and they never batted an eye although I'm sure it was an annoyance at the least and forced them to reshuffle their work. On install day, 2 vans came out and they swarmed the job, very professional and methodical, everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing and why, and at the end they took time to walk me through the system/controller and offered to follow up for final adjustments. I would enthusiastically recommend Gator. They were a bit more expensive than a competitor but we feel it was well worth it for the quality of the work and the system. Everyone from the office staff, to the owner, to the install crew were friendly, polite, and professional at every turn.
