        Bought a car there one year ago today and since then have had to replace battery, brakes, air conditioner compressor, among other things that were not fixed from date of purchase that were brought to their attention. The people constantly send u text and emails asking how things are but do not respond when u tell them there is a problem. I live in New Orleans and had an appointment with service department to fix my undercarriage cover which they installed improperly with twist ties and after driving there they could not find the cover so now I am expected to miss another day of work and drive 2 1/2 hours to have it done again and 2 1/2 hours back. Very unorganized and no communication between employees. Only reason they get two stars is bc there are a few friendly people but unfortunately the friendly ones are not in charge and cannot help
