Edwards Enterprises, LLC -Rainbow

If I could,I would give this place zero stars ! The salesman was not very kind and after purchasing the item , I realized I did not want it when amazon sales it 2x’s less than what they are charging. I followed all protocols to return my item , and they refuse to accept it ... saying it’s been “used”. The only time it got used is when the salesperson demoed it to me. I’ve sent pictures of the product and still no resolution. I’ve been hung up on rudely and the salesperson has sat outside of my home creepily after finding out I tried to return it. This experience has been horrible and I seriously CAUTION PEOPLE TO NOT give this place an ounce of your money!

Victoria was such a breath of fresh air as she demonstrated the Rainbow. Since they were turned on in my home yesterday my wheezing stopped last night when I went to bed. I usually wheeze myself to sleep. Thank you all.

These guys are awesome!! I absolutely love my Rainbow vacuum. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I have severe asthma, and the Rainbow keeps my home clean so I can breathe. It has been constantly running for the last three years. When I'm not vacuuming, I have it on as an air purifier. I have had Dysons, Eurekas, and several other brands, the Rainbow puts them all to shame. The guys at Edwards are awesome. They are quick to answer any question or help with any problem. Ricky is the main person we've dealt with over the last three years. He is very nice and knowledgeable, as well.

This is a company that does not like to take a product back. The sales were rude by tellin me to us my taxes money and when to file. They also do not reply back. I had to call their location to get the correct phone number for this company as well. The sale person was late also. It's just a vacuum that supposes to help with breathing issues. The oils last no longer than 5 to 10 minutes as well.
