Dr. Moore is wonderful! I never have a problem making an appointment. He always listens and is the most caring doctor I have ever dealt with. Office is clean and nurses are very nice. Would recommend Dr. Moore to anyone searching for a family physician.

We are from out of town and needed to see a doctor. The staff was great (we would give them 5 stars), but that was one of the filthiest medical facilities I've ever been in. The floor was covered with dirt and ground in grime and looked like it hadn't been touched in weeks. There is absolutely NO excuse for a medical facility to be like that.

I don’t even want to give them one star!! I’ve been with my Dr for over 30 years. Because of the rudeness of the office staff there - and I do not include nurses in this- I won’t be back. I have moved to a new Dr and to Rush. I’ve never had anyone be so rude to me in my years of seeing this Dr. This front office person has no business meeting the public!!!

I think Dr. UMER is an awesome doctor, but the receptionist and some of the other supporter staff, not including the nurse, are really awful. I asked them to fax my paperwork to the VA for my disability claim and I was told it was at the top of the stack. A month later when I call to ask if cervical x-rays were part of those documents, another lady let slip that the papers hadn’t been sent. A MONTH LATER!!! She said the fax wouldn’t go through so she’d mail them. WHY DIDN’T SHE NOTIFY ME? Why didn’t she mail them a MONTH ago? I asked them to please try again, and to call me when it was completed, because veterans already have to wait on these processes and it doesn’t help when we don’t send in what they are asking for. I tried to find a patient advocate or something. I need help. They are just holding my paperwork and this is a time sensitive matter.
