Billy is a good man. He's as honest and helpful as they come. He communicates well and tells you the reality you're dealing with, not what someone might want to hear. My KW lost a hub on my steer and was a catastrophic failure. The entire process has been clear regarding cost and time and he's gone out of his way to offer ways to reduce the cost, not elevate it. And he's a grounded person with a great sense of humor which takes some of the stress off a tough situation. The only regret I have is that he's not in West Texas because he'd be my go to guy if he were. Finding a skilled mechanic who's truly trust worthy is rare and Billy is all three. Of the four mechanics I spoke with here in meridian Mississippi, Billy was the only one I felt actually cared. I can't say enough good things about him. He's clearly a person who's been on this side of a breakdown and he's a person who's built his business and reputation up by being the real deal. If you breakdown in the area, call him first and save yourself some headache. Your rig will be in good hands. B&C are true professionals and really good people -James/ Chieftain

Worst service ever. Check your vehicle thoroughly before and after if this is your last resort. I used to work for him. Ask that was wrong with a blossman had truck was a fuse had just vibrated out of its socket. He told the supervisor over the trucks something bad was wrong with it but we fixed it. Charged the fella a little over $1800 when all I did was push the fuse back in place. Truckers should call Simmons or anyone else but these people.
