Horrible leadership in that Branch !! that gentleman there did not want to help me out with basic questions about filling up a policy Trustmark form when I tried to open a TRUST account for my children, neither the customer representative either didnt know how or choose not to help my by alleging she didnt know how also , so my question is , how would a BANK INSTITUTION where we trust our savings and assets HIRES SUCH INCOMPETENT, ATITUDE leadership to Manage a BRANCH? ...HORRIBLE , IGNORANT CUSTOMER CARE .. Im not stepping one feet in that BRANCH (I Bank there for 20 years ) until this MANAGER GETS REMOVED FORM THAT PLACE .

Terribly rude and unfriendly branch. I don't know what happened they used to be great. The tellers seem annoyed to even wait on me.

We have had wonderful service at Trustmark for a number of years now. Service is always good and Joyce Warren has gone over and above to help us with very complicated issues.
