I purchased a headstone in April of 2018. Every time that I go to check on the status of it, I get told the same thing which is "Oh yeah; I remember you. It's ready. We just have been backed up since it's been raining, and we can't put it down wet." It has not been wet and/or raining everyday for two years. I could have gotten it down somewhere else. It seems like a refund is in order at this time. Or court

When my dog died, I thought we would have to float him down the river like our last dog. Thank's to Meredith and Nowell from Meredith and Nowell Funeral Home, I can now bury my dogs in the ground.

I will never use this company again for service. Ordered a headstone on November 3 and it has yet to be delivered. It is now February 13. They put on a good show whole you are there but its like they have completely forgotten about my order. I have been told several times that it's gonna be ready this weekend and that has been about 10 weekends ago. I hated to give the one star cause they deserve none!!!!! This is why people perfer to do business with out of town companies.
