My husband and I absolutely loved working with South Gate Construction LLC. They built our home in 2021. Rachel and Jeremy treated our project like their baby. If we ever had a question or a concern, they would always meet up with us right away. Luckily, that did not happen to often. Always answers the phone! The attention to detail is this builder. I honestly believe they are the best builders in the area. We would use them again.

Jeremy Spiers, of Southgate Construction, is the best contractor you could ask for, when it comes to building your home. He met all of me and my wifes requests, and worked with us every step of our build. There are times he truly went out of his way in order to provide us with our dream home. He prides himself on top notch, quality craftsmanship, and it truly shows.
