It was great working with Josh and George on our new home. It wasn't an easy build and their expertise was invaluable in the success of the project. I would certainly hire Artisan Log Homes again and would also recommend them highly to anyone building a log or, in our case, a post and beam home. Thanks for the fabulous job you did here Artisan!

We have been in our beautiful log home now for four years and each time we are here, we still marvel at the craftsmanship and artistry of this fabulous work of art. Our family and friends feel the same, even our next door neighbour has commented that our house is the most beautiful in Pender Harbour. Artisan was an amazing company which built our dream timber frame cabin. Their millwork was exact and their artistry is unsurpassed. We were impressed with their attention to detail, as well as to our hopes and vision. We couldn’t be happier and had so much fun along the way.

Josh answered our questions quickly and informatively and recommended an architect to draw up the Post & Beam plans that we had a great experience with. Even though we were 1600 miles from Josh and never met him or saw their log yard, through written and spoken communication and sharing of pictures of the active process, we had a high level of comfort with his business to proceed with a staged plan. Josh communicated well, staging the payments and process to mitigate risk, and sending pictures and regular phone calls describing each step. Once the structure was complete, he and George flew to Arizona and assembled it over the course of three days. They worked quickly, with outstanding workmanship and stayed within budget. Over a course of seven months, we were elated with the product as it was impressive and beautiful. Artisan Log and Timber Homes offered outstanding customer service, kept a tight schedule and the experience was a pleasure.
