Don’t buy insurance before talking to David Clark @ The Clark Agency. Through my experience, the greatest quality that separated David from everyone else is that he actually worked and continues to work in the best interest of me and not in the interest of himself. This company is horrible with communication. They will communicate with you initially to set up a policy. I guess it’s for commission I have no idea. But when it comes to questions and communication on your policy after you have paid for coverage and think everything is fine and dandy you will be surprised just like I was. Allison Windham with Clark Group Insurance has neglected to answer phone calls and emails. It’s been about 2 weeks and counting. I got a lovely letter in the mail this evening letting me know my homeowners insurance is in the process of being cancelled. Which means she has neglected to inform me that my insurance is in the process of being canceled. That’s a lovely slap in the face.
