They got my order completely wrong

I've stopped multiple times. Just passing thru. I like their burgers and hot dogs. Will stop by again in the future when I'm passing through.

My burger was red raw in the middle of both patties.

Overcharged for 12 piece original and it was wet and greasy. They charged overc $40 no sides.
