        We had a seamless process picking up and dropping off. Kenya helped us with our drop off and was super pleasant. The conversation on the ride back to our hotel made me want to rent from this particular location again. I know being in a tourist area some places can get a bad rap but this location and their employees are amazing.

        amazing people and amazing customer service. the best enterprise experience by far! even a 35min drive to get to it its way worth it compared to enterprise closest to me. Highly HIGHLY recommend them. 100%

        Rude and ignorant staff. They don't know what acting professional is including the manager. If you dont know how to talk to people you dont need to deal with customers. The cold part about it is the manager lets this behavior happen.I suggest going to the enterprise 15 minutes down the road in Ocean springs.
