        sad times when you can’t walk into a bank and get change for a one hundred dollar bill because you don’t have an account. Doesn’t give a good impression to ever want to get one.

        Kathy Dunaway was absolutly terrible to deal with. Needed documents notarized, even though I hold an account there, she would not notarize my documents because the other person in the title transfer did not have a Hancock bank account. Very rude, hung up on me.
