Custom Concrete Creations does an outstanding job. Stan and his crew are easy to work with, they are on time, and they stayed right in my budget. I would highly recommend them.

Stan and his crew do AMAZING work! Not all concrete is the same, I didn't know that. Stan explained to me the whole process from grinding, staining, and polishing. The only surprise I got was just how good the job turned out! If you're tired of trying to figure out what to do about your floors, give Custom Concrete Creations a call.

I would not recommend Custom Concrete Creations or Stan Wood. I wouldn’t recommend him for flooring or business professionalism. Our builder hired Stan to do our floors. He seemed very nice and we picked out his “famous color smoke.” Stan did show us several pictures of smoke and told us concrete stains different in every case. However, we could have never thought it would go so badly. The floor color turned out horrible and mostly looks like a clear coat except for some patches. Stan even admitted to my realtor that he would not like it in his house. He refused to fix it or accept any responsibility. I contacted him twice about it. He kept blaming it on the floor. He was paid $3900 and refuses to even put any money towards the situation we are in now due to his poor job. We have 2 weeks left and have to redo the floors. My biggest complaint about Stan and why we have been advised to report him to MS home builders association is- He LIED about my response to my builder and realtor and said “I loved it.” They made him pull out the text messages showing he was lying. I don’t work with people who lie. And he said he was a Christian man. 🤷🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😣 My realtor let Stan know even if he felt he did his best job, at the end of the day, his customer wasn’t happy and he does not seem to care to make it right. The customer is always right! 2 other flooring men saw the job and said he should make it right and it looked horrible. Below is what the color was supposed to look like (no scoring) or resemble versus what it did look like. Will not be recommending Stan Wood or Custom Concrete Creations.
