This place was great owned and operated by my mother. A business that was just as giving as she is. So I hope yall got your deals when you could because I'm sad to say it's been closed down for a while now. Buyer beware. Do not order from this business, they have extremely bad business practices. The owner refused to live up to her word by issuing a refund after failing to deliver an arrangement to a funeral service held on a Saturday. After speaking with her on the Monday after the service, she said she would deliver the flower arrangement to the son of the deceased, which was done and also issue a credit as a gesture of good will and to help with correcting their error. I agreed to delivering to the family members home and specifically recall asking the owner if she was still going to issue the credit and she said "it goes without saying". After not receiving the credit in a reasonable amount of time I contacted her to follow up on it. She completely denied the conversation. She also said she was going to contact the deceased sister to ask that the "special vase" used for the arrangement be returned and she would give me some credit. It was unbelievable to me that the owner of this business would even consider doing such a thing as to contact the grieving family member of the deceased to ask that they return a vase. What reputable business would do such as thing?? That in-itself speaks volumes about their business practices.
