        Richard The Plumber of Hancock Plumbing was very quick to show up and fix the problem my bill had jumped $60 twice and it was all on me to get it fixed and RICHARD The Plumber of Hancock Plumbing resolve the issue within an hour thank you Richard

        I called to have them come out to fix a broken pipe on my rental property three different times over a month and each time they said they showed up but never did. I couldn't even get them to give me a quote. The man I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude with me each time. Ended up going with a plumbing company in Slidell and had a great experience with extremely fair prices! It's too bad when you can't receive quality work and professionalism locally.

        Called to come fix pipe under sink and they came 3 different times, each time saying it was fixed!! It wasnt!!! Mean while, the owner assured me that they was the best and their work is guaranteed. That was a Big understatement!! Will not be calling again!
