Not BBB accredited! Beware, looking back it was a nightmare!! Once they get your money they will NOT do Timely Warranty work. Their prices in house are stupid. Dug till they hit water. Neighbors have deeper no water. Took topsoil leaving me with junk dirt to try and grow grass. Landscaping cost me several thousand and a 7 hole for a 5 deep pool to make sure they got to water! Back of contract requires 2500 more if they hit water but that wasnt explained to us. Not to mention I bought entire crew lunch each day. Two years later pump has gone out twice and they dont even keep one in house. Never again!!! Simply check BBB.

Incorrect, we are BBB accredited. You are simply just one of those customers we will never be able to please. We did our part with the warranty, but cannot control the companies themselves. The person who handled your warranty has their own service company not affiliated with BPC (Scott’s Pool Services), whom is also not a pool installer. You insisted on calling Jandy, and that’s who they sent out. You were also posting that you were very pleased and recommending us not that long ago. Ground water is also beyond our control, and we recognize this in our contracts. We also properly grade the yard out after construction. We are not a landscaping company. Thanks for expressing your concerns. Stay blessed!
