I made an appointment for my daughter for today. They texted me to confirm the appointment, and I did that. When we arrived at the office , told them my daughter's name, they were all confused, "what's your name? Are you sure you have an appointment here? And what did you make the appointment for? " I wouldn't call this a professional office and they were rude. We didn't get to see the dentist and WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

My experiences with Dr. Bearden has all been great/excellent!! Very clean office, friendly staff, she works hard to get you in and out. Thanks for your kindness and caring spirit.

I love the staff here! Dr. Bearden is very affordable for the ones who don’t have insurance. Her work is very sufficient and she is quick to get patients in and out.

My experience with Dr. Bearden was horrible. I had 3 teeth removed at one time, then, another 4 a few weeks later. The office is nice, as well as the employees. The exam rooms are way too warm. I would have to ask them to turn the air down every time I was there. The reason why operating rooms and doctor offices are so cold is to keep bacteria from growing. The stitches came out the first night of the first removal. My gums got infected. I had to go through two rounds of antibiotics. At the end of the second visit, I happened to look up and noticed the dentist's eyeglasses were filthy. I was so disgusted knowing they were hovering above my open mouth. The stitches did stay longer this time. Had another two rounds of antibiotics. Now I have bone chips coming through my gums all the time. The absolute worst thing? I have Trigeminal Neuralgia (TGN). It's a nerve that runs below the gums, above the gums and along the cheek near the eye. When the nerve is damaged, it causes excruciating pain. You can't talk, eat, drink ... nothing, except hold your face and cry and beg for it to end. So, no, I would not advice anyone use Dr. Bearden for dental work.
