I honestly would give this location zero stars if I could. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Purchased a brand new washer and dryer had them come out deliver and set up this equipment in my home. The man put scratches on my wall and floor and leaves without checking the appliances. When we turn it on we realize that we have water gushing from underneath the washer and the dryer does not heat. We clean the mess up and call Aaorons and are told that it will be 2 days before someone can get out to look at this. We wait two days and 1st the guy comes by and hangs a sign on the door that we had missed him, no knock on the door, no ring of the doorbell either bc we were sitting on the couch. So we have to call and have him come back out once again. The guy comes out (boxers showing) looks at washer and leaves to get a hose. Comes back, attaches hose and leaves again. When we tell him its coming from the bottom he insisted the hose would fix the problem and when we asked what he could do for our dryer not heating he said there was nothing he could do and left. We had to call the location once again and was told that it would be another 2-3 days before they could give me a response die to having to call the company who made the product. Meanwhile, its been a week now of having both a washer and dryer in my home that dosent work at all. Not a single load has been washed...And noone sees a problem with this at all. Called and made a complaint to corporate office and it will be another 2 days before they can call me back. This is honestly poor cuatomer service at its finest. No sense of urgency, in no way shape or form does this business believe in taking care of its customers. Ive spoken with Ashley on each and every call and visit to the store and while she seemed professional and nice at the beginning once we had a problem those skills were out the door. In no way shape or form has she been willing to assist in a professional way or try to use any customer recovery tactics. This is not how you run a succesful business. Cannot treat a customer like this and expect them to be a repeat customer. This was my first time to do business with Aarons. However, based on the product and fantastic customer service skills I received i can honestly say thay this will be a last for me. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Noone seems to care about the customer here just the $$$.
