Would give 0 stars if allowed. If you buy your floors from here beware. Nice friendly people before the sale. After that they act as if they dont know you and absolutely will not stand behind their work. Bill the owner actually told my wife that he has been installing floors for over 30 years and what ever was causing our floors to bow up had nothing to do with his installation. I hired a contractor to come check it out since Bill had no intrest. The contractor went under my house checked everything nothing he saw could cause this problem other than INSULATION. Called Bill informed him of the findings and was told if I had a contractor here I should have him fix it. When asked for flooring recommendations I will highly recommend stay away from this place.
