I needed an axle. I told them what I needed, and said the core would be damaged. They said no problem, I'd just have to pay the $1000 core charge. So I worked on acquiring funds. Made the phone call to order, and a different guy said. "No absolutely not. We will not sell one to you with out a usable core. That's just not the way it works. We will not sell you an axle outright "....... I'd say don't waste your time with this company. Can't rely or count on anyone these days.

I want to say that I had an ok experience here but was left with some disappointment. The differential we installed had a problem but they were able to resolve the issue with a return and we installed the original for now so the customer could get back on the road. What didn't make sense was that they are supposed to pay labor if there is a problem however that's only if we replace it with another unit from them. The problem was that because we had waited a a few weeks for them to build the first one and the customer scheduled the day to come in when the part arrived, we couldn't wait for another to be built and shipped again. The customer was leaving shortly after to take a vacation and use his vehicle. When I asked about labor reimbursement they would not pay out because I sent the unit back however we had to due to the circumstances. A labor warranty shouldn't matter whether you keep the part or not but should be based on whether they back up the parts that they sell. I would still likely use them in the future but this kinds rubs me the wrong way.
